 My Goal My Ambition

My goal is being accepted to FK ( Fakultas Kedokteran) or medical school of UNPAD (Universitas Padjajaran) by SNMPTN or called as invitation way. My ambition is to become one of young doctor. I really want to become specialist for pediatrician, Pediatricians are doctors who manage the health of your child, including physical, behavior, and mental health issues. They're trained to diagnose and treat childhood illnesses, from minor health problems to serious diseases. I also really want to be obstetrician, An obstetrician is a doctor with specialist qualifications in delivering babies and providing medical care to women during pregnancy (antenatal care) and after the birth (postnatal care). Obstetricians have the skills to manage complex or high-risk pregnancies and births, and can perform interventions and caesareans.

I do have a lot of goals and ambitions for my future, so what I do or what are the efforts that I do to achieve it (Inshaa Allah), is that I really try to learn more and hardly especially at biology subject. I try to learn and read about human's anatomy, I do a lot of research for medical school such as UNPAD, UI, Maranatha. I even joined the UI medical school open house by via online zoom about two weeks ago. I do some research about the students that pass the selection, I observe their score in every subjects and their average score for the final report book, I observe what are the points from UTBK that effects the selection such as " the ability of general reasoning", " the ability of understanding reading and writing", "knowledge and general understanding", and " quantitative knowledge". I ask to my teachers, from school or even from course the minimum score to pass the SNMPTN FK Unpad.

And what I conclude from my research and observation is that to pass the SNMPTN they look at our final report book from the subjects: physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, Indonesia, English. But especially they look up to our three basic subjects, they are: biology, mathematics, and English.

I really want to become a doctor because I really want to help many people, I really want to spread and share kindness by helping the ones who need it. I know especially in Indonesia, our Concern for health care is still really low and many of us doesn't get enough health care education. The one who doesn't have enough money willing to accept their illness and even sacrifice their life, because they don't have enough money to go to the hospital and take treatment and medicine. So I really want to help volunteering myself for the one who are in the less fortunate condition, and less financially stable.

Since primary school I am the part of Science Olympic Students, I already joined many kind of Science Olympic that held from various places. One of them is Science Olympic " BAKTI FORMICA UNTUK BANGSA XVII" that held by UPI (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia). Since primary I really like and I found fun in learning biology.

I am doing my greatest effort that I should done to achieve my ambition, I'll do my best and work hard, because I know it's not easy to pass the FK Unpad, and I know there are a lot of students out there that have the same goal and ambition as me, thousands of people wants to be a doctor, and one of them is me, and I'm gonna prove it, I'm gonna make my parents proud, because to become a doctor as a job, it's my parents dream too. As long as their happy, I'm happy too. :)
